Job Description / Responsibility
To planning and monitoring of Daily / Monthly Production Target;
To ensure that the Quality Standard is being met by Forecasting and reviewing the result;
To develop Discipline. By implementing the Rules and Regulation in Department;
To analysis and designing of new fabrication from the customer or make his own Development;
To give a continuous guidance to the Executive, for machine utilization and target fabric specification;
To maintain the cleanliness of the machine and the area as assign by ensuring people involvement;
To guide the Executives in daily transfer of the generated waste and reduction of rejection;
To give the full support to the Research and Development Department;
To response and act in the customer complain and query;
To make a continuous study of work improvement and give report to the higher authority;
To ensuring that all safety and right operation of the machine are followed by the team;
To continuously study the cost saving of the Department specially the Needle and Oil Cost;
To ensuring that all fabric has the color edging marks according to the set standards;
Maintain required MIS.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in FMT from Butex/AUST or any reputed university.
Experience Requirements
6 to 8 year(s)

Age 30 to 35 year(s)
Working experience in knitting production with large knit textile industry.
Have good technical knowledge.
Good communication & team player.
Energetic, confident and proactive.
The applicant should have at least 1 years experience in the same position.
