Job Description / Responsibility
• To ensure & implement compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards.
• To find out the non-compliance issues in the factories by conducting internal audit.
• To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively.
• To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer requirements.
• To prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
• To face audit like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT for different kinds of buyers.
• Ensure safety, product safety and compliance activities in workplace.

Educational Requirements
• MBA (HRM)/ Masters Degree in any discipline with PGDHRM.
• Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance will be given an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile, Buying House
Job Requirements
• The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
• Proficient in MS Office Package.
• Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 and Amendment act -2013 is must.
• Should have sound knowledge in Accord & Alliance.
• Willingness to visit factories frequently as required.
