Job Description / Responsibility
The incumbent have to assist or prepare and produce all pastry, desserts and sweet related dishes together with bakery items for the banqueting menus and ensuring items are of a consistently high standard.
The incumbent should have to make schedule and coordinate the work of chefs, cooks and other kitchen employees to assure that food preparation is economical and technically correct and within budgeted labor cost goals.
Safeguards all food preparation employees by implementing training to increase their knowledge about safety, sanitation and accident prevention principles.
Ability to interact positively with supervisor, management, coworkers, members, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach

Educational Requirements
The incumbent should have a bachelor`s degree in the culinary arts or in a related area or hospitality management or educational qualification can be relaxed for experience.

Working experience as pastry and bakery chef Hotels/ Restaurants in Bangladesh or Abroad.
Conversant in English
Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Have the ability to cope under pressure
Good team player, flexible and enthusiastic
