Job Description / Responsibility
• Must be fluent in Bengali & English.
• Formulate and review different polices depending on the organizations requirements.
• Will be Responsible for monitoring counseling and motivation of workers.
• Will ensure compliance to all regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Will face all kinds of Audit as per COC and prepare/make ready documents Accordingly.
• All other Compliance related matters.

Masters in any discipline From Reputed University.

Compliance, Health, Safety & Fire
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Sweater Industry

• Age 32 to 45 year(s)
• Candidate who has Experienced on US customers / Walmart will get this preference.
• Payroll and compensation management.
• To ensure the factory is always ready for Compliance Audit,
• Technical/ Quality Assurance Audit/Product safety Audit,
• Security System Audit.
