Job Description / Responsibility
Must be technically sound, manage production of woven bottoms (mostly denim pants).
Capable of handling 3 production lines or almost 400 workers.
Able to follow production plan and achieve set production targets by analyzing individual workers performance, identifying bottlenecks and quick balancing lines as and when required.
Has experience working in a reputed factory with major buyers like GAP, Levi’s, H & M & J.C. Penney.
Update information on key operational.
Should have to perform other production related duties and responsibilities.

Minimum HSC from any discipline.

Minimum 8 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Floor/Line Management, Production Management (Sewing)

Additional Job Requirements
Age 28 year(s) and over
Should possess strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers and staff.
