Job Description / Responsibility
• To strengthen its continuous business growth and operational efficiency, LBFL is currently looking for target & SLA driven, smart and career oriented enthusiastic individuals for its Corporate and SME Asset Operations Unit under Operations Division
• Job Location: Head Office
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and ensure execution and documentation of all security and charge documents timely as per approved SLA.
• Ensure due diligence and check submitted security, charge and other relevant documents as per approval to mitigate risks of the company.
• Verify authorization of all software entries prior to disbursement.
• Provide timely and relevant management information through MIS and ensure regulatory reporting within deadline on regular and on demand basis.
• Facilitate internal, external and Bangladesh Bank audit for compliance of audit queries in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance of all regulatory requirements as per their guidelines.
• Maintain good relationship with relevant stakeholders and create the unit as dependable source by assisting in problem solving and keeping mutual trust and devotion.
• Identify areas of improvement through process re-engineering techniques.
• Continually seek to improve on performance levels of self and team by taking advantage of new technology and anticipating changes in market practices, industry trends, identifying inefficiencies and reviewing operational process on regular basis and take corrective measures.
• Attain all projects, assignments and processes within deadlines in accordance with cost and budget.

Educational Requirements
BBA/ MBA/Post Graduation from any recognized university, preferably from business school.
Experience Requirements
5 to 6 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
• At least 5-6 years of practical experience in credit administration/asset operations department preferably in Banks/NBFIs. (For Corporate Unit, Candidate must have experience in corporate credit administration/ operations).
• Incumbent must be prepared to work under stress and target.
• Strong analytical skill, critical reasoning, strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) both in English and Bengali
