Job Description / Responsibility
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way.
• Able to provide information, forward calls, couriers, take messages and transfer information to appropriate person.
• Welcome the clients, visitors or guests in front-office and maintain records.
• Should have excellent interpersonal/ communication skills.
• Must be well conversant in phone calls.
• Assist admin team members or other dept. members for related works. Handle outgoing and incoming mail and packages.
• Ensure proper checking procedure & Materials during entrance to and exit from office premises.

Educational Requirements
Graduate from reputed educational institution, preferably BBA/ MBA/ BA/ B.Com/ Masters in Business, Public Administration.

Experience Requirements
• 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Face-to-Face Customer Support, Guest Relations/Services, Online (web/e-mail) Support, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service, Tele Marketing
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Interior Design, Real Estate, Consulting Firms, Developer

• Age 20 to 35 year(s)
• Only females are allowed to apply.
• Voice Quality: should have a neutral accent, appropriate pace, clear voice, pleasant tone and appropriate pronunciation.
• Good Listening Skill: Must have abilities to understand others tone quite quickly.
• Communication Skill: Oral fluency in Bangla & English, Confident tone, correct and well-structured conversation and written skill.
• High Energy Level and good Temperament
• Computer Literate with command over MS Office
