Job Description / Responsibility
• To be up-to-date with the latest information with reference to the products, policies and procedures of the company in order to handle customer queries and complaints effectively and efficiently.
• To answer phone calls with politeness and enthusiasm.
• To provide feedback to the Team Leader on issues and challenges w.r.t his/her job and suggest solutions.
• To achieve daily quantitative targets and the service levels.
• To follow the company business code of conduct.
• To attend daily clinics and Team Meetings.
• To follow up on all the activities sent by one self and share team workload.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational Requirements
• Graduation (BBA/ MBA/ BA/ B.Com/ Masters in Business/ Public Administration) from reputed educational institution approved by UGC.
• Minimum academic qualification will be H.S.C passed students who are enrolled & continuing studies at Graduation level in any reputed educational institution approved by UGC.

Additional Job Requirements
• Experience: Not mandatory, fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Voice Quality: Should have a neutral accent, appropriate pace (neither too slow nor too fast), clear voice, pleasant tone and appropriate pronunciation. Those with heavy or very shrill voice, regional accent and/or wrong pronunciation are not suitable for a CCRs job.
• Good Listening Skill: Must have abilities to understand others’ tone quite quickly, he/she should be responsive without having any interrupting approach.
• Communication Skill: Oral fluency in Bangla & English language, confident tone of voice, corrects grammar and well-structured conversation & written skill.
• Computer literate with command over MS Office, internet browsing, emailing.
• Flexibility on Working Shift: One should have willingness to work in different shifts (which changes on weekly basis or not) and on public holidays etc.
• Cooperative and challenging mentality to work with team members & customer service aptitude
• High energy level and good temperament
