Job Description / Responsibility
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information regarding Beauty and Toiletries brands.
• Make inbound calls proactively to increase product and service awareness, ensure customer satisfaction, and follow up customers.
• Monitor customer trends, competitor`s initiatives and reporting.
• Serve customers with helping attitude to play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention and acquisition to enhance company brand image.
• Any other responsibilities as required by Management.

Minimum Graduate in any Discipline

• Ability to work in a group and able to share innovative ideas.
• Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels.
• Good command in English both written and verbal is a must.
