Job Description / Responsibility
• Build and maintain strong internal relationships with customers
• Daily contact and internal management of a designated group of customers
• Processing customer order requirements accurately and in timely manner
• Liaising with internal customers and ensuring commercial objectives are met
• Promoting the Company products added values
• Provide product information, pricing, lead-time and availability information for all kind of products
• Work closely with BRAND, local and International team to integrate new business and stock management
• Setting high standards in servicing customers

Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university

At least 2 year(s)

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
• Customer Support through Mail & Phone ,both local and foreign client .
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Garments Accessories, Buying House (Garments), Multinational Companies,
• Basic Knowledge about Label & Accessories
• Should have excellent interpersonal & communication skill
• Perform well under pressure and be able to manage a number of key tasks simultaneously
• High degree of accuracy, good time-management and priority setting skills are important
• Energetic and enthusiastic work in the team is welcome
• Previous work experience from a sales function within manufacturing industry is preferable
• Must have knowledge and experience in Networking, Internet, Email, Web, Excel, Word, PDF, Skype.
