Job Description / Responsibility
• Candidate must have mentality to come for the interview in Rajshahi.
• Well known about spare parts of commercial vehicle.
• Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
• Move throughout the store to actively engage customers, demonstrate products, and effectively execute the sales function.
• Customer handling and monitoring.
• Manage spare parts selling.
• Stock in and out.
• File and maintain records.

Minimum Honors/ BBA/ Degree or Equivalent.

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Face-to-Face Customer Support, Counseling, Online (web/e-mail) Support, Guest Relations/Services, Customer Support through Phone
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Trading or Export/Import, Transport Service, Wholesale

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 22 to 40 year(s)
• Must be experienced in Ms Word, Ms Excel, Internet Browsing.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skill in English and Bengali.
• Pleasing personality, self driven, result oriented and good work ethic.
• Good knowledge in Customer service.
• Ability to treat clients courteously & respectfully.
