Area of responsibility will be schedule appointments, take dictation, managing emails communication and administrative work concerned to the GM. Proactive co-ordination in Calender Management for meetings, support Cross Functional, local Event planning and Organize. Co-ordinate for arranging meetings, conference, travel plans for General Manager.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Bengali.
