Job Description / Responsibility
• Outstanding telephone manners and able to deal clients with friendly behavior. Be a smart, poised and should have interpersonal skills.
• Meet and Greet visitors in a polite manner and make waiting time comfortable in person and over the telephone.
• Manage PABX call, Keep notes and transfer to the proper authority. Attend Phone Calls, SMS, Group SMS, E-mail, Face book.
• Be able to manage mails and couriers and confirm delivery to the concerned departments/persons.
• Manage unwanted visitors.
• Work as a team and provide other admin support whenever is required.
• Excellent typing skills, ability to type of Bengali & English letter, should be good in conversion in both Bengali and English, Excellent English speaking will be an advantage
• Must be good in MS Office Package and email.
• Working Days:- 6 Days a week
• Location: Dhanmondi, Dhaka
