Job Description / Responsibility
To be able to prepare updated vessel schedule(s).
To be able to check the Mother vessel connection once the Mother vessel is sailed & inform concerned sales personnel if there is any misconnection.
Assisting Customer Care Services.
To be able to GApp booking.
Probationary period: 3 to 6 months, depending on the applicant’s capabilities.

Customer Support
Must be Computer literate (MS Office, Internet browsing, E-mail),
Typing speed: English 30 words per minutes, Bengali 20 words per minutes.
Fluency in spoken English and very high proficiency in written English.
