Job Description / Responsibility
• To Conduct and ensure the day to day work of Walton Service Point.
• To provide best after sales service support and ensure the customer complaints are well dealt within the structured time frame.
• To handle and monitor the activities of the employees/staffs of the responsible service point.
• Developing relations with customers and external stakeholders.
• To collect customer feedback and technical feedback & reporting.
• To monitor spare parts store and daily accounts.

Educational Requirements
Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Administration, Office Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 30 to 35 year(s)
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
• Good interpersonal, analytical & communication skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
• Must have to experience on motorcycle driving.
