Job Description / Responsibility
Plan and organize Chairman works schedule to maximize their use of time, allowing adequate time for meetings to ensure that their day runs smoothly and they have accomplished all they have planned to
Ensure the Chairman is fully briefed on, or prepared for, any engagements he is involved in. Keep andmaintain an accurate record of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the Chairman
Handle all phone calls and mail, screening as appropriate to ensure Chairman time is used efficiently
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Carrying out background research and presenting findings
Ensure guests meeting with the Chairman are well taken care of
Arrange meetings and seminars, ensuring as appropriate that participants have all relevant papers in advance and ensuring specifically that the Managing is well prepared for meetings
Taking minutes at meetings, transcribe and present back to attendees accurately and in the appropriate format
Organizing Social Functions
Provide a service that is in line with the Chairman’s work habits and preferences
Should be potential of translating from Bengali to English and English to Bengali
Should have experience to make corporate presentations in PowerPoint
