Personal Secretary (PS) to Managing Director – Smart Technologies (BD) Ltd – Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for day to day Secretarial Jobs at Managing Director desk with dignity & maintain proper confidentiality.
• Maintain close liaison with Business Associations/ Chambers & monitor all their jobs are done in time.
• Responsible for Inter Departmental Coordination with All units as directed by MD.
• Maintain appointment calendars – arrange, coordinate and prioritize complex scheduling and logistics.
• Attend meeting with MD & take notes on the discussion, prepare meeting minutes.
• Compose agendas and correspondence for special events, board meetings, committee meetings, Office Orders and development activities.
• Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, office & site meeting venues.
• Sending meeting confirmation emails.
• Fix up MD daily appointment, Communicate with Govt./ Private/ Business Agencies as directed by MD.
• Any other job assigned by MD.

• Should have excellent typing skills, speed accuracy essential both in Bangla & English
• Should be expert in MS office.
• Honest, punctual, sincere, smart and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Should be presentable, enthusiastic, energetic with good interpersonal skills
• Should be self-motivated and ready to take challenge and work under stress
