Job Description / Responsibility
• Check e-mails and analyze the matters & submit and respond to mails.
• Delivers mail to foreign delegate and internal correspondence from the Top Management within the organization.
• To schedule meetings and coordinate with all members for the same.
• The responsibility includes circulating minutes of the meeting in some cases.
• To ensure that all travel arrangements are made as per schedules.
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as and when required.
• Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the Managing Director (as and when required) .
• Be able to record, transcribe and distribute meeting minutes
• Excellent written communication and documentations skills
• Excellent computer Knowledge of office program & internet
• Maintain good relationship with Govt. Law Enforcing Agencies and solve administrative disputes if any.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Top Management.
