Job Description / Responsibility
• Acting as RQS or NQC for VF ASIA, BESTSELLER, H&M, LIDL, CAMAIEU, LI.N FUNG and TEMA Buyer
• Supervise QI , AQC and others in the team
• Identifying in line quality issues and taking corrective actions to resolve
• Conduct final Inspection.
• Lean process application.
• Ensure product quality as per buyer’s quality standard.
• Maintain controls and organize documentation procedures.
• Initiating training program for Quality team and workers to improve the quality if necessary.
• Follow-up routine tests
• Ability to do hard work
• Overall responsibilities to look all the accounts assigned by the superior, also day to day update to Management accordingly
• Job Location: Mirpur, Dhaka

Educational Requirements
• Minimum Graduate from any reputed university
• Textile Engineers and Degree from NIFT/ BIFT shall be given preference.

2 to 5 year(s)

• Preference will be given who have experience to work with VF ASIA, BESTSELLER, H&M, LIDL, CAMAIEU, LI.N FUNG and TEMA Buyer.
• At least 2 year(s) experience will be given preference.
• The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Woven Garments especially in Jacket
• Preference will be given who have experience to work with VF ASIA, BESTSELLER, H&M, LIDL, CAMAIEU, LI.N FURN and TEMA Buyer.
• Have good knowledge of product, quality, capacity and lead time.
• Good planning and problem solving skills.
• Good Communication Skill
• Good Interpersonal relationship
• Coordinate with sample, sewing , production floor
• Should able to work under pressure.
• The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
