Job Description / Responsibility
Welcome to visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
Should be smart and well dressed.
Responsible for office administration and all admin related official duties.
Operate telephone and answer and transfer calls.
Take information and report to appropriate employees.
Meet visitors and attend those to appropriate person beside maintain a log register for all visitors.
Attend to visitor’s questions professionally and answer politely.
Sort and distribute incoming mails and handle outgoing mails.
To maintain outgoing calls and conference calls as needed.
Check attendance record and forward to HR department.
Order and maintain stock of office stationary and entertainment items.
Maintain all activity in manually (register book).
Operate and maintain office machines including printers, copiers, and fax including all register.
Ensure all office area neat & clean and managed the office in a good manner.
Ensure in compliance with company rules and regulations.
Responsible for maintaining conference room and conduct the meeting.
Ensure discipline of all office runners (Peon).

Experience Requirements
At least 2 year(s)

Age At most 28 year(s)
Only females are allowed to apply.
Commendable computer literacy.
Bangla & English typing ability (especially Bangla).
Applicants who are live in Tejgaon, Farmgate, Banani, Niketon, Mogbazar area will get priority.
Applicants who are able to join this month will get priority.
