Job Description / Responsibility
• Welcoming guests
• Answering telephone calls, assisting callers, taking messages, providing information, making community referrals and forwarding outgoing calls
• Providing timely referral to staff for appointments
• Accurately documenting all activities and notifying supervisor and manager of critical emergencies
• Providing necessary support to Administration

Job Requirements
• Must have sound knowledge of MS Word & Excel
• Excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla
