Job Description / Responsibility
• Schedule, arrange and follow up various appointments/meetings/conferences.
• Ensure necessary arrangements for overseas and local travels.
• Receive and prioritize incoming phone calls/emails/visitors.
• Draft and prepare written correspondence- letters/memos/emails.
• Maintain paper and electronic files/records/reports- official/personal and logistic support.
• Act as a communication hub and maintain open lines communication between Executives/Directors/Reporting units/Mid management/Administrative Staff/Stakeholders.
• Accumulate information and prepare report as per requirements.

Educational Requirements
• Graduate in English from any reputed university
• 3rd division/ Class/ CGPA below 2.0 in any academic examinations will not be considered.
Experience Requirements
• 1 to 2 year(s)

• Age At most 32 year(s)
• Knowledge of correspondence procedures, basic filing systems and references
• Advanced proficiency in computer applications (MS Office/ PowerPoint/ Excel/ Email etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizing skills. Such as scheduling, filing, reservations etc.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
