Job Description / Responsibility
• Generate Budget usage reports download from SAP and it’s analysis for Sales channels, Commercial Administration & Logistics
• Prepare / Design formats of different Forms, Processes and Policies for the Commercial Administration and Customer Services
• Coordinate with Sales team for the Quantity, Prices, Delivery Location and so on, related to Sales
• Handle all inter-departmental communication and work flow between Commercial Administration and other Departments of the company
• Assist Head of Commercial to integrate commercial, sales and CRM strategies into corporate planning and hence to contribute to the performance of brands and trade channels
• Implementing the Commercial Administration and Customer Service strategies
• Coordinate with Sales Team for keeping customer accounts clean for smooth delivery of goods
• Preparing the Margin Analyzer Report. (Margin calculation in various contexts -Region, ASM, Market, City, Product, Mode of Transport) to assist the Head of Commercial to focus his effort and resources in line with business opportunity in each channel
• Assist Commercial Director for preparing the consequence report of Commercial key performance Indicators
• Working as Team Leader, the “Service Center” 24/7 customer service unit in SCCC Bangladesh
• Providing information, suggestions and ideas as a key member of Credit Committee to minimize the risk of credit clients
• Ensure that all Customer complaints are properly registered monitored and resolved within agreed Service Levels

MBA, preferably in Marketing from any recognized university
Experience Requirements
• At least 5 year(s)

• Possess strong work ethics, integrity, and professionalism
• Good hand on MS Excel and MS power point
• Should have advance verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English and Bangla
• Should have positive and flexible attitude
• Should be dynamic and hardworking
