Job Description / Responsibility
• The incumbent will directly report to the Chairman.
• Capable to handle all day to day work e.g.- drafting, appointment and meeting schedule etc.
• Coordinating (national & international) incoming and outgoing phone calls, faxes, emails and mail for the Chairman`s Office.
• Ensure ticketing and travel arrangement.
• Process Visa with embassies/Agent.
• Coordinate with management team & other departments.
• Able to prepare meeting minutes, presentation and other necessary reports.
• Handling all Bank correspondence linked to the Chairman.
• Travel local/abroad independently to execute meeting.
• Take administrative action as and when required by Chairman.
• Do necessary correspondence and coordinate with other departments and outside agencies.
• An advantage if you have presentation skill in power-point.

Graduate/ Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Leasing, Multinational Companies
Additional Job Requirements
• Age 22 to 35 year(s)
• Ability to work independently and under time pressure to undertake workload.
• Excellent communication skill in both in English and Bangla.
• Should have excellence in drafting business correspondence, reports etc.
• Must be well versed in computer with sound operational knowledge of MS word, MS Excel and power point.
