Job Description / Responsibility
• To prepare 3D design as per the Instruction of Team Leader Architect.
• Creating designs and working drawing by computer-aided design (3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render and Lumion)
• Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior Design & Drawing.
• The designer must have strong capability on Residence Design, Office Design, Retail Shop Design, Restaurant Design, Hospital Design, Club Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, Stall Design and Stage Design with full working drawing.
• Any Other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management.

Educational Requirements
• Preferable Graduate Architect/ Diploma Architect/ Fine Artist/ Interior Designer from any Institute/Professional 3D Max Course Completed
• But any background can apply if experienced in 3D RENDERING & ANIMATION in ADVANCED Level.
• Candidates can apply for both or individual expertise for 3Ds MAX
Experience Requirements
• 1 to 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Animation, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), Interior Design, Landscape Design
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Design/Printing/Publishing, Furniture, Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 20 to 35 year(s)
• Has clear understanding for reading architectural drawings.
• Texturing and rendering 3D models for residential, commercial or any architectural interiors and exteriors
• Collaboration with design teams
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadline also.
