Business Analyst – Southtech Limited – Dhaka

Job Description / Responsibility
• Participate in the requirement analysis phase to understand business flow, write requirement specifications, suggest and develop proposed solution to automate business processes.
• Research client organization`s industry and competitive position, document and analyze required information and data to build and offer best suited solution for the clients.
• Understand overall architectural overview and technical design specifications of the proposed solution.
• Define test criteria i.e., test specification with necessary test data for the proposed solution by operational processes or components.
• Conduct testing to identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions against predefined test criteria.
• Understand organizational processes to confirm compliance and quality documentation of the solution using standard documentation methodology (UML) and related tools.
• Interest in learning and training to the user groups on the proposed solution using different techniques i.e., multimedia or PPT presentation, conducting workshop and other suitable mechanism.
• Work as an active team member with implementation team and lead the team in configuring business rules and regulations to comply with client`s organization and implement developed solution to client site.
• Accurately prepare written business correspondence that is rational, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging.
• Proactively initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients representatives.

Educational Requirements
Minimum graduation preferably from business discipline, i.e., accounting, finance or bank management.

Experience Requirements
• 1 to 3 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 22 to 34 year(s)
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills in English.
• Must have good knowledge on accounting and finance.
• Knowledge on banking and microfinance operations will be treated as additional qualification.
• Knowledge on MIS/ UML/ MS Office will be viewed as additional qualification
• Basic knowledge on software development lifecycle
• Basic Knowledge on SQL server
• Must be a good team worker
