Job Description / Responsibility
Organization Name: Network Planning & Optimization, Technology division
Role/ Department Overview:
The incumbent will be responsible for end to end audit with a view to assessing resource utilization in terms of spectrum/HW/SW of Mobile network, new Technology and service compatibility, building up network platform for sustainable data business, ensure readiness and investment consistency for LTE, review capability to build up platform and culture for transformation to customer perception centric performance management. In addition the incumbent has to drive efficient business process transformation, participate in large scale RFQ
Job Responsibility:
Assess existing network capabilities in term of resource utilization, efficient operation, compatibility with Technology/service evolution.
Develop/review spectrum strategy, assess spectrum efficiency, work out future plan for spectrum reforming and Career aggregation.
Review Core switch location planning from Transport investment point of view
Set up roadmap in terms of Technology transformation for Data network both in terms of timing and investment.
Develop insight to promote eco system in terms of Terminal penetration for new Technology evolution.
Strategy making in terms of sunk cost and smooth transition in data network.
Assess platform readiness for LTE launch, review trial case.
Review spectrum strategy in line with internal acquisition proposition.
Assess critical business process, drive towards efficiency
Participate in large scale RFQ.

Educational Requirements
B.Sc or higher in Telecommunications/ Electrical & Electronic/ Electrical & Communication Engineering or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
6 to 8 year(s)
