Job Description / Responsibility
• Understanding brand and creating visual presence for the brand in different medium.
• Developing good design sense and applying this with proficiency in creating designs.
• Creating Logos, mnemonics, poster design, banner design for both digital & print media, mobile elements design, photo manipulation, image retouching, illustration etc.
• Meeting productivity standards; completion of work in timely manner; being able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events.

Job Requirements
• Strong skill on Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is a must.
• Excellent skill in photo manipulation & image retouching specially for Facebook post/poster/wall branding.
• Knowledge in typographic design.
• Skill on art & drawing will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
• Strong knowledge about Creative Design.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Team Player, Open-minded and Proactive
• Willingness to further develop his/her design skills and technical knowledge.
• Dedication and sincerity towards work.
• Commitment to well executed, high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skill both in English and Bengali.
