Job Description / Responsibility
• Creative, Have Knowledge of all types of fashion design.
• Coordinate between all designers, production & company`s requirement.
• Responsible for product development with freedom to have own ideas on products design feature.
• To procure right fabric and trims to develop product from local and overseas market.
• To develop vendors for printing, hand stitch, dyeing and other design oriented job works, the job includes capacity analysis, price negotiation and approvals.
• To forecast the colors, fabrics, design a range for the upcoming season for the category.
• Independently handle the entire development stages material sourcing, pattern making, sampling, fabric printing/dyeing, hand stitch and other hand works.
• Exposures include different techniques of Block Printing, Screen Printing, Vegetable dye, and Tie Dyes.
• Provide technical support, equipments and information to the Local Sourcing Production.
• Visit suppliers` factories to ensure quality.
• Introduce new materials for making the article more comfortable, fashionable and highly scalable.
• Conduct training for factory people to educate about specific article production.
• Report to Local Sourcing Manager about production and follow-up.

• At least 5 year(s)

• Computer Literacy is a must.
