Job Description / Responsibility
• Shoe designing and follow up the production of the articles. Will be responsible for whole designing process.
• Leads all operations throughout the development & commercialization, and production process in close collaboration with materials, costing and other support functions.
• Developing new collection according to the customer requirements coordinating with merchandising department
• Translate design concepts to initial tech packs for the factory
• Verify prototypes throughout the production process to conduct technical corrections based on fit, aesthetic, performance and comfort
• Drive the pre-costing process by recommending material, component, and construction options to product teams to assist in meeting margin/pricing goals and product performance needs
• Take ownership of new product commercialization/ industrialization process and suggest troubleshooting throughout production.
• Involvement of every stage from production and get customer feedback for further development
• Analyze season requirements and develop strategies for all products and line segments accordingly.

B.Sc in Leather / Footwear / Leather Product Engineering

Experience Requirements
• At least 3 year(s)

Job Requirements
• Strong communication in English both in writing and speaking.
• Good knowledge over pattern engineering and troubleshooting
• Having skill and expertise in shoe construction / mould / last
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to critique their work and accept comments from other designers, buyers and sales people.
• Knowledge of materials, pattern & footwear constructions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
