Job Description / Responsibility
• Capable to Install new computer hardware, software and operating system (Windows-XP, Win-7, Windows-8 etc).
• Solve Trouble shoots of Laptop and Desktop computer.
• Install new software releases, system upgrades and install patches and resolve software related problems.
• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, TCPIP, DHCP.
• Ensure to Configure, Administer & Manage Anti-virus software in proper manner (Server & Workstations) and ensure routine virus database update & scanning on batch process
• Conduct user training & manage help desk support when required.
• Maintain documentation of accessories Inventory & ICT policy.
• Knowledge on visual basic, SQL Server and Cristal Reports

• Should have experience in Computer Hardware Companies,& IT enable Service.
• Able to learn new technologies and techniques quickly.

• Should be able to work under pressure.
