Job Description / Responsibility
• Troubleshoot and maintain as per user requirement on installation, configuration, and testing of PC/Laptop hardware, software, LAN and WAN network and operating information systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users and facilitate requests and provide installations.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Outlook Mail.
• Coordinate with team members to provide technical support for upload & further updating corporate requirement.
• Contribute to improve Management Information Systems (MIS) capacity.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel IT based reporting capabilities
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management in a professional and highly confidential corporate environment.
• Other IT related job as per management requirement.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Educational Requirements
4 Years Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering or HSC (Working experiences in relevant field are preferred)

• Age 22 to 30 year(s)
• At least 2/3 years work-experience as Officer in a reputed IT enabled sector.
• The applicants should have experience in: IT System Management, MIS, and Project Management (Security Surveillance) Computer Network & Hardware Troubleshooting.
