Job Description / Responsibility
• 100% Australian client Support, will have exposure to work for world’s second largest food chain’s system
• The support personnel will provide technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, remote devices and other tech tools and products.
• Applicant must be great communicators in English and be able to translate their technical knowledge into actionable direction for the client.
• Applicants must be high in analytical skills and know how to research the problem and come up with a solution.

Educational Requirements
• Graduates in Computer Science/ Telecommunication/ Electrical.
• Experience in IELTS, O/A level will be given priority
• Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged

Job Requirements
• Age 23 to 30 year(s)
• Basic networking knowledge (Network monitoring & troubleshooting)
• Router configuration
• Hardware troubleshooting (Computer,printers)
• Good knowledge on Computer software and Microsoft Windows operating system
• Mysql/sql (basics)
• Fluent in English
• Excellent phone manner (have to communicate directly with overseas retailers)
• Must be a good team player.
• Must have sense of sincerity and commit to the quality of delivery.
• Must have skill to follow through process and patience work in intense service desk.
