Job Description / Responsibility
• IT Manager (SAP) will provide company a wider vision and leadership enabling the organization to achieve strategic technology and business objectives. IT Manager directs the planning and implementation of SAP systems in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality and business development. This individual is responsible for all aspects of the Information and Communication systems. IT Manager will report directly to the Deputy Managing Director, and will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to improve the overall efficiency and productivity of the company.
• Key Responsibilities Involve:
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Direct and manage ERP project.
• Structure Organizations goal through IT.
• Where required, negotiate with other department or business unit managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company.
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
• Monitoring & managing IT team.
• Ensure effective IT infrastructure management.
• Define of ensure effective communication Management across business functions.
• Effective budget Management for ERP forject & other IT Project.

Educational Requirements
• B.Sc/M.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Subject.
• PGDSCM will be given preference
Experience Requirements
• At least 10 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
• Overall Experience: 10+ (Worked as Head of IT for 2-3 years)
• At least 3 years direct work experience as IT Manager in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• ERP implementation experience at least 2-3 years as Team leader or Project
• Manager.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Must have Hands on experience in Data Base Administration/Networking
• Programming Knowledge (Java/c++/ Others).
• Data Centre and Disaster Recovery setup Knowledge will add value.
• Professional Certifications: CCNP, CISA, COBIT etc will be preferable, knowledge of IT infrastrachive.
