Job Description / Responsibility
Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Fax, Printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy.
Responsible for the basic routine maintenance and troubleshooting for all computer hardware.
To ensure hardware, software and network upgrades installation, re-installation, changes and re-locations.
To work as troubleshooter of all IT related equipments like computer, Internet, server, web based CC TV etc.
Ensure technical & antivirus support to PC users
Any other IT related works of the organization.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor`s Degree in Engineering/ B.Sc in CSE from reputed university.
