Job Description / Responsibility
Server and network administration – procure, setup, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and apply remedies for problems to the servers; administer Mail server user accounts; administer anti-virus; working with network service vendor on network administration; working with ISPs (Internet Service Providers) on internet and data connectivity issues.
Backup Administration – Configure, install, and manage data backups for applications and system; ensure that restore procedures are configured and tested. Carry out regular checks on the status of servers, storage.
procure and setup new desktops/laptops; perform problem diagnosis on desktop/laptop issues and execute fixes to ensure that desktops and laptops are operating correctly.

B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Engineering or Equivalent

Adaptive Attitude
One year of Experience as IT support engineer, IT System Management, Network Engineer or Network Administrator.
Strong Knowledge in Router, Switch, Firewall and Linux OS.
Strong interpersonal skill and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under stress.
