Job Description / Responsibility
• Major Duty #1: IT equipment care
• To configure, deploy, and maintain IT equipment and systems, according to task distribution inside the team. IT equipment and systems are:
• Network cables, access points, switches, hubs, routers, media converters, etc.
• Desktop and laptop computers, monitors, printers, scanners, fax, etc.
• CCTV, iWork, attendance/fingerprint, etc.
• UPS and other electrical accessories.
• Windows OS, antivirus, productivity software, etc.
• To maintain cleanliness of all the IT equipment and work environment.
• Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users.
• Major Duty #2: User Support
• To provide necessary IT support and assistance to the users, including training.
• Able to work on Payroll systems and related devices like punch machine.
• Configure network and share printer for office staffs and end users.
• Support user for sharing files, folder and data.
• Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
• To add, maintain or remove user accounts.
• To change user passwords when required.
• Major Duty #3: Information Security and Policy Enforcement
• To always protect company property, documents and interests by following policies where applicable and personal judgment with superiors’ advice when there is no policy.
• To strictly follow all applicable policies and compliance rules, including the Information Security Policy.
• To maintain the routines and documentation as required by the policies.
• To report any observed breach of policy by the users to management.
• Major Duty #4: Teamwork and Coordination of Junior Personnel
• To collaborate for a good work environment and smooth relationship with work colleagues.
• To monitoring and supervise all junior officer work regarding work quality.
• To coordinate and organize junior officer work.

• CompTIA A+ Will given preference
Experience Requirements
• 2 to 3 year(s)
