Job Description / Responsibility
• Responsible for IT administration , LAN, Networking, Data Management, Installation of Hardware, Software, Meet the system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines required by the office.
• On time Hardware , Software maintenance, Trouble shooting of machines and appliances and ensure their operational capabilities, knowledge of IT equipment/ appliances and be able to procure on quality/competitive basis, willing to attend on emergencies.
• Network Installation and Maintenance.
• Trouble shooting of Wifi, Network Hardware & Software.
• Knowledge of SOHO LAN, VPN and Internet connectivity products (switch, router, firewall, IP camera, IP PBX) & their installation, configuration, cabling.
• Logging in, following up, and updating complaints, system faults and other incidents in the trouble user system.
• Others responsibility as per specification of organization

Educational Requirements
• B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Computer Science & Engineering from Public University
• Certification on CCNA may get preferences.

Experience Requirements
• At least 1 year(s)

• Age 22 to 30 year(s)
• Should be able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal-communication skill to deal with people at all levels.
• Must be proactive, energetic & determined to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and be capable of taking challenge of a project.
