Job Description / Responsibility
• Design, develop and maintain international standard web based applications and websites
• Build website themes with tools, like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Expression Web etc.
• Deploy updates on test and live website
• Guide the technical team towards timely delivery of projects
• Maintain high standards of the team by establishing good practices and habits
• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of web development and submit to the management as daily work report
• Develop, refine, and tune integration between applications
• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
• Job Location: Banani, Dhaka

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in CSE/CS/ICT or similar from a well reputed institution

Experience Requirements
• At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• UI/UX development to create a seamless customer experience for a high traffic e-commerce website through desktop, mobile and smartphone app interfaces
• Excellent knowledge on Core PHP, MySQL, HTML5, XML, CSS3, JQuery and database design
• Proficient on Laravel framework is a MUST!
• Good knowledge on SOAP, XML and API integrity experience is MUST
• Knowledge on HTML/PHP Template Engine like Smarty
• Good knowledge on client and server side behavior will added advantage
• Good knowledge of mobile app (both Android & iOS) development
• Must be fluent in English – both spoken and written
• Understand the benefits of various design methodologies
• Generate enthusiasm among team members
• Acknowledge and appreciateteam members’ contributions
• Train new developers both through formal and informal training programs
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team
• Collaborate with other departments like SEO, design, back office and management
