Job Description / Responsibility
• Ensure consistently operational support for all Resort?s IT system users, minimizing any system outages, and full compliance of legal IT governance and security.
• Maintain, manage and upgrade of IT network and server
• Develop the IT budget and keep tract of expenses to maximize the use of resources
• Work with various parties and IT vendors in the course of development
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Other duties will be assigned time to time by General Manager.

Educational Requirements
B.SC in Computer Science from reputed University.

Experience Requirements
• At least 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Resort

Additional Job Requirements
• Age At least 35 year(s)
• Excellent communication skill both in written & spoken in English
• A good team player
• Willingness to work independently with self-direction under pressure
• 6+ years experience in a branded hotel/resort in or outside of Bangladesh will be given preference.
• minimum 2 years in similar position.
