Manager / Team Lead – Channel Sales & Development – Dhaka – REVE Systems

Job Description / Responsibility
• Sale of Antivirus product/IT Security /PC Security products
• Should have good convincing power, marketing & communication skills are preferred.
• Looks after all the sales and channel development activities in Dhaka – Bangladesh.
• Appoint channel partners for the respective region and make an agreement for the desired period.
• Monitor the business performance as well as sales activities of the business partners.
• Do all the promotional activities which lead to revenue generation.
• Handling Channel Partners, Handling of Channel Partners Sales Team Sales forecasting, Scheme execution. Responsible to run Promotional activities.
• Will help channel partners executives to do monthly visit/tour plan which can help to minimize the work and maximize the sales revenue generation.
• Analyse product wise sales target achievement and act accordingly to manage average sales of each second tier partners.
• Will be responsible to handle channel partners issues and provide them ultimate solutions.
• Actively make channel calls.
• Promotional activities to be carried out like road shows, participation in Exhibitions.
• Helping channel executives to do business more with more efficiently and getting good numbers.

• 10 to 20 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Market Research, Sales, Brand Planning/Development, Retail Stores/Shops, Relationship Management/Key Account Management
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, ISP, Mobile Accessories, Retail Store, Security Service, Software Company, Telecommunication

Additional Job Requirements

• Person should have experience in IT Hardware/Software Industry/AMC Industry
• Must having experience in Software or Hardware product sales (i.e Security product/ Antivirus/ PC sales/ PC Accessories/ Mobile Phone sales/ distributor)
• Comfortable for travelling to field
• Must have own Motor Cycle/Two wheeler/HONDA ( Mandatory)
• Travel expenses will be reimbursed
• Good communication skills and presentable
• Warm personality
