Job Description / Responsibility
• Form village development organizations and identify program participants
• Organize group meeting and mobilize community for identifying different local resources
• Create enabling environment to ultra-poor and poor people in the community
• Implement 10 different programme components through integrated approach
• Arrange and conduct community level capacity development sessions
• Implement and ensure health, water, sanitation, agriculture and education support, loan disbursement & repayment through household visit
• Accelerate social mobilization and engage community people in different development activities
• Increase member admission in VO, loan disbursement, savings collection, loan realization, build awareness to VO members
• Establish BPS/BPPS schools and operate as per manual
• Job Location: BRAC Field Office

Masters from any recognized university with minimum second class / division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in all academic examinations.

• Have sound knowledge on understanding about poverty and different social issues of Bangladesh
• Have knowledge on MS office
