Job Description / Responsibility
Able to work and support web base ERP application program
Troubleshooting and maintenances of total network
Configuring, troubleshooting, maintenances, testing and installation of unit & Area offices network as well as RSF ERP software & its network infrastructure and antivirus
Provide training on hardware, network, and operation of software to Unit & Area Offices of a Zone
Maintenance, testing and installation of RSF ERP software and its network infrastructure
Prepare various reports and presentation for a Zone and arrange the necessary IT facilities for the training session
Perform necessary additional tasks as per business requirement

Educational Requirements
B.Sc. In Computer Science or Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements
At least 1 year(s)

IT System Management

Additional Job Requirements
Age 18 to 32 year(s)
Candidate must have very good command both in English & Bengali communication
Minimum 1 year experience in the related field
