• To work with a Team of Developers or alone in meeting aggressive project deadlines.
• To develop robust web applications and websites by writing high quality, efficient code according to company standard.
• To overcome critical technical challenges with or without supervision specifically with PHP, MySQL, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax.
• To quickly learn and implement new technologies/skills when something unknown is encountered.
• To establish software quality assurance processes throughout the organization.
• To establish and maintain software development process requirements.
• To audit software development performance and provide improvement recommendations.
• To identify and collect project measurement data and maintain organization measurement repository.
• To interact with colleagues to establish best practices.
• To train development and support in software processes.
• Other jobs & responsibilities as desired by the Management from time to time.
