Job Description / Responsibility
• Design, code, test and implement according to software design specifications following standard coding styles and practices.
• Analyze the requirements and understand the deliverables
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Development and maintenance of .NET based applications.
• Knowledge or experience using any open source technologies
• Hands on experience with .NET framework 2.0 and above.
• Experience with developing .NET web services or WCF services
• Experience using any source code repository
• Must have strong experience working on JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery and CSS
• Mentoring and guiding team members.
• Seek out new technologies and ideas to add value to project
• Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer

Educational Requirements
B.Sc in Computer Science And Engineering will be given preference.

Experience Requirements
• 3 to 6 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Technical Lead (Software), Team Leader (Software), Software Implementation, Software Architect, Database Engineer/Database Programmer

Additional Job Requirements
• Age 25 to 34 year(s)
• Design, develop, test, support, code reviews and deploy desktop and web applications
• Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies
• Review and improvise code. Recommend strategic improvements to optimize security and performances
• Thorough understanding of database concepts
• Hands on experience with any of the databases – MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle etc.
• 5 to 8 years experience is required.
