Job Description / Responsibility
• Maintaining ERP and Other customized solution.
• Monitor performance of company?s systems, ensuring issues are appropriately escalated and resolved.
• Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with key users, conducting dealings in a professional and appropriate manner.
• Manage ERP system, hardware, all type networking support, operating systems, data Sever, software and procedures that adhere to the company?s values and goals.
• Assist with ongoing development of related departmental policies and procedures, including appropriate controls around organizational change management.
• Manage service desk tickets, planning and prioritizing systematically to minimize backlog and ensure operational efficiency.
• IT & Hardware related work in Head Office.

• The applicants should have experience in the area(s): IT System Management, Network Engineer/Network Administrator, MIS
• The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/ Finishing)
• Good knowledge about both Hardware & Software
• Capable to handle high working load.
• Good command in MS applications (Microsoft Word & Excel).
