Job Description / Responsibility
• Lead the technical teams to ensure the company’s offering fulfills the buyers expectations in terms of price, margin, delivery and quality whilst achieving KPI’s and sales and profit targets;
• To have good knowledge on pattern making & grading (manual & software)
• Digitize base pattern, grading pattern size wise, and rectification of the marker as per requirement.
• Work with merchandising to ensure production and delivery of bulk orders is successfully managed;
• Oversee visits and continually advise the UK/USA customer of progress in processes and systems;
• Support the development of new suppliers which are being sourced as the company moves into new price opportunities
• Monitoring all quality check post sample, pattern & CAD zone and make sure all operation and technical aspects are fully complied with the buyer requirement
• Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from definition phase through implementation.
• Draw sketches and freehand design of objects.
• To final check sample (styling, measurement, quality, dummy fitting etc.
• To correction pattern all discrepancy points, shape and measurement.
• Suggesting and modifications to design if necessary.
• To fabric consumption assumes calculator/CAD.
• Capability to undertake and implement the job independently
• Any others related work of this position and also assign by the management

Job Nature

Educational Requirements
• Graduate in pattern making/ garments technology/ Graduate in Fashion Designing from BUFT.
• B.Sc./ M.Sc. in garments technology will be give preference.

Experience Requirements
5 to 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
• The applicants should have experience in the area(s) of: CAD, Fashion Designing, Auto CAD Software.
• Can speak and write English fluently
