Job Description / Responsibility
• At least 5 (five) years or more experience in factory based Garments Merchandising for Knit T-shirt, Polo shirt, Ladies Blouse Joggers.
• Complete knowledge about knit fabrics
• Should have work experience in ERP system
• Should have experience in procurement (Raising PO through system, computing with buyer and supplier)
• Should have knowledge about costing
• To prepare complete production file for style
• To ensure trims card & promote in filing records needed for style
• Handle day to day merchandising operation
• Ensure that fabric and accessories are available in factory at right quantity and quality as per set standard and time frame for production
• Ensure smooth communication with customer and suppliers
• Follow up from Cutting to Production to Shipment and analysis quantitatively

Educational Requirements
• Masters/ MBA/ BBA from any reputed university
• Course in Apparel Merchandising will be given preference
• Having Textile or Fashion design background will be added extra value
