Job Description / Responsibility
• Planning & implementation, documentation, reporting of physical & logical networks.
• Monitoring system alarm, bandwidths, packet loss, live trace and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
• Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
• Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
• Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client site.
• Operation and Maintenance of LAN/WAN and Mail Server.
• Maintain users profile and shared level access to the network.
• Manage the Broadband connection for internet browsing.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning.
• Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
• Contribute to and maintain system standards.

B.Sc (Hons.) in CS/CSE with a good academic record.
Experience Requirements
• 1 to 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT System Management, Network Engineer/Network Administrator, System Engineer (Computer Network & System), System Engineer (Telecommunication Network)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Additional Job Requirements
• Must have good understanding on implementing and troubleshooting of advanced network security, secure remote access and data security.
• Should Have a good knowledge on Virtual Environments such as VMWare Workstation, vSphere etc.
• Should have hands on experience on configuring, performance monitoring and troubleshooting different types of routers, access points.
• Experience on performance/health monitoring and reporting of different types of Servers such as DNS, Database, Application and Web servers is a plus.
• CCNA certification is a plus.
• Have the ability to work and individually and under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written, and a strong desire to work in a cross-cultural team.
• You must be a good team player, highly self motivated and a strong communicator.
• Hard working, quality conscious, self motivating.
• Keep skills current with new technologies.
