Job Description / Responsibility
• To organize and implement Skills, Education & Training (SET) Component including Community Paramedics Training Institute (CPTI) curriculum activities and promote relevant training courses of the institute and/or component.
• Lead the Component and the Institute as a whole with the purpose to make the component and institute sustained.
• Develop CPTI and other tailor made training course curriculum
• Organize courses accordingly delineating deliberation methodologies.
• Prepare calendar of training schedules with the proposals of the facilitators
• Develop appropriate lesson plans and presentations
• Conduct classes and sessions
• Fund management and administration
• Promote SET component and CPTI and ensure proper student/participant intakes
• Maintain linkages with Bangladesh Nursing Council, GOB and other related institutes
• Perform any other duties and any kind of assignment given by PSTC Management.
